The short version
This site collects as little as a working website can: aggregate visit counts with no personal profiles, and whatever you choose to type into the contact form. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or fed to advertising networks. There are no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
What we collect, and why
Contact form submissions. When you request a visibility audit, we receive what you enter — name, business, email, and anything optional you include. It's used to produce and deliver your audit and to reply to you. It is not added to any mailing list.
Aggregate analytics. The site uses privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits and pages without cookies, fingerprinting, or individual profiles. We see totals and trends, not people.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard, short-lived technical logs — IP address, request, timestamp — for security and reliability, as effectively every host does.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, pixels, or remarketing audiences
- No sale, rental, or sharing of your information for marketing
- No mailing-list enrollment without your explicit request
- No tracking cookies, so nothing to consent to
Where your data lives
Form submissions arrive in our business inbox (info@sanclementeseoagency.com) and are retained as ordinary business correspondence. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare's network.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@sanclementeseoagency.com and we'll do it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend the same courtesy to everyone.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. We won't quietly repurpose data collected under an older promise.
